I have a stocked emachine T3504. how can i over clock my CPU? i tryed the bios, but it doesnt seem to work.

Emachine as well as most or all big manufactuers lock the bios so that you cannot OC the system

You will need to hack the BIOS, or find a hacked BIOS image online in order to get those overclocking features. Of course you're taking your chances with that.
