Hello,
Hello, my name is Deborah, what do I need to do to fix my laptop. When i turn it on it says windows did not start up correctly then it ask me to choose from the two options how to fix it BUT the screen goes dark blue and want do any thing. What do I need to do

See if you can run it with an external monitor to select one one of he options. Sounds like your screen may be bad.
