3.6 is 1:1 with DDR2-800 RAM. Higher than that get DDR2-1066 but be aware are they issues with it. DDR2-800 is more stable and will overclock to a point, but maybe not high enough for 4GHz.
That Reaper 6400 looks good and you could just loosen the timings to 5-5-5-12 or 15 and it would likely get to 1066 anyway so don't waste your money on the higher priced RAM.

I had mine @ 4-3-3-15, which might explain the instability issues. You gotta love beer I completely overlooked that but I still got to 4ghz on air, woot
