Guys, I would like to know if someone has done raid with this mobo, and if I could get some help:
First of all: There are 6 SATA ports, 3 slots with 2 ports.In with of those slots/ports should I use to make a raid0 with 2x500gb 7200.12 seagate ?

second: Has anyone done this with windows 7 beta? does I need to download any driver and use the usb flash, or it recognizes the HD`s by it self?

I use Raid 0 and raid 5 on w7x64 with x58-ud5, had no problems with the raid0, you can install with no additional drivers works like a charm. Cant say the same thing about my raid5...
As 4 ports, it makes no difference...

nice! thats really awesome.The fact that I will not need to install aditional drivers is so good ! but what about the ports? does it have differente between them? should I use same slot ports or different ones?

all ports are the same....and i recommend 2 install Intel matrix storage mate...

the matrix is called ICH10R SATA RAID driver ?
