Error when my pc is booting

what can i do to it n can i download a software for it

What kind of error?
Is it blue-screening?
Beeping?
Red lines up and down the screen?
Do you have internet protection?
How old is the computer, or the Ram?
Does your PSU make sounds, or smell like burnt toast?
Plus.... if its a error when booting it would be hard to get software to help boot a pc... unless it's a bios update or something
Answer these questions and it may narrow down the issue we have here.
