i am looking to by a nice barebone system, i am looking for something with SLI or crossfire motherboard, anyone got any suggestions, probally want the Intel 775 slot, but also intrested in AMD slot types.

You don't necessarily need to do barebones, as you can buy the parts and install them, it's not hard. What kind of budget do you have and what do you want your machine to do? Have you researched at all?

well what are some MOBO options i want to just have a rig with alot of upgradeability, i want at least 2 PCI-e x16, i mean thats my only real desire. and probally support for the 775 intel socket.

You don't need a barebone as grad says. Do it yourself.

Motherboard: Asus P5Q Pro (Crossfire Board)
CPU: Intel E8400 (dual) Q6600(quad)
RAM: 4GB 4-4-4-12 G.Skill
Hard Drive: Seagate 500GB 32MB cache 7200.11
Video Card: ATI 4850 series

Whatever else you want in there too...
