My external hard disk had two partitions, m and l. Suddenly partition l does not open, when i click it it says do you want to format

Welcome to the forums!

Remove the hard disk from the enclosure and hook it up to a computer directly if possible.
Get some partition recovery software and data recovery software if the former does not work and the data is important to you.
