I recently connected a modem to my laptop but after using it for sometime, my computer could no longer locate my drive. It said the driver were missing and that I needed to re-install them. I tried downloading them from the internet but it didn't work.
I removed the drive and put it back but it still doesn't work.
Please help me solve this problem

What happens when you remove the modem? Another probable cause is that when you installed the modem, a connection got loose.
