Hi everyone...
Got 2 problems and I think its about my motherboard (Asus P5 Deluxe):

1. My mic doesnt work (Teamspeak, windows recording, etc etc.) already tryed, xp sp3, vista, disable onbard sound, changing mic (LOL), changing sound card, everything... i runned the hardware scanner and it says i cannot perform a test in he mic. What can I do more? open to suggestions... :(

2. I have a IDE disk that i want to put as secundary, my primary is sata... already did it but it doesnt recognizer it in windows, do I have to do something in the bios??

Thanks in advance.

Regarding 1 You may be able to solve the mic issue by going to a USB headset/mic sound solution such as a Logitech.

You didn't mention how the mic is connected but I'm assuming its plugged into the mic input of the onboard or other soundcard, thats why I suggested the USB solution.

Regarding 2 Make sure the IDE is enabled in the CMOS setup.
