So I just put together my new PC, updated the BIOS, and it seems to run POST ok. However, I noticed the RAM voltages were set to 1.8v and the timings were different than what my RAM has for specs(I have the DDR2 800mhz OCZ Reapers 4-4-4-15 @ 2.1volts).

Do I simply change the voltage and manually set the timings to 4-4-4-15 in the BIOS? Do I need to change anything else(FSB, etc.)? I am not planning on overclocking anything just yet, but I don't want to screw up any other components timings. Thanks.

Leaving the settings as is will not hurt a thing.
They are probably set to the SPD on the ram right now.
If you feel that you need to, you can set the voltage and timings manually.

Will I lose any performance by not setting the voltage and timings to the manufacturers specs? And is that the only thing I need to adjust? Thanks.

In theory, yes, you will lose performance. In practice, you won't be able to notice the difference.
