I am currently pushing 2.25 volts using 8 gigs of 667 ddr 2 memory it seems ok but should i change the settings or leave it? What do you guys recommend for good overclocking voltage that is safe?
Well that is really dependent upon what brand/model of RAM you are using. The manufacturer will state the operating voltage of the RAM. Performance RAM will often run between 2.0-2.2V. If your overclocking your RAM you may or may not have to exceed the specified voltage, depending on your timings and how much you are overclocking it.
So let us know what RAM you are using, the speed and timings your running it at.

ok here it is i am currently pushing it at 2.25 volts and here:
Dram frequency:366.7 mhz
FSB DRAM:CPU/9
CAS# latency:5.0 clocks
ras#to cas delay: 5 clocks
ras# percentage: 5 clocks
cycle time: 15 clocks
bank cycle time: 21 clocks
command rate: 2t
Wait, wait, wait. You have it at 2.25V and at stock settings? Those settings should be achievable at 1.8V. I had my OCZ Gold 667 up to 800 at 4-4-4-12 1T at 2.3!
If you really want to know, 2.2V is considered that limit, 2.25V-2.35V red zone, 2.4V and up you never try.
