My question is what is the cheapest way to get A+ Certitfied?

lol i went to learn it here (in the year 2006) and the were teaching the things from 2001 and the teacher knew nothing, lol he said something that i never forget, he said there is something that makes your case like a fridge and is something like a long pipe which has a green liquid in it (lol he mean watercooling and i couldn't stop laughing)
Also @ that time AMD X2 were the best and the fastest CPU was FX62 which was @ 3.0GHZ and he said that i have compared Both INTEL PENTIUM 4 3.0GHZ and an AMD 3.0GHZ CPU and they didn't have a noticeable difference
