32 to 64?

Hi, i am a noob to all this stuff still, i have a hp a6114x 32 bit vista.
Is there a way to make a computer that is 32 bit and make it 64 bit?

Specs:

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4000+ Dual core
Motherboard: ECS Nettle 2 ----- chipset nvidia MCP61
Bios: Phoenix tech. 5.27
Ram: 2GB (want to upgrade)
gpu: nvidia GeForce 6150SE 64mb

If there is a way then how do i go about doing it?

You cannot make a computer 32-bit or 64-bit. It's the OS and then programs running on it.

Your CPU is 64-bit capable which means you can run a 64-bit OS ( and then programs) on it.
