I keep my THECUS 5200 PRO 14 day long "swithed off" and if I turn on, I take the next error message:"You may not be able to connet zo NAS system if these units are not in the same network segment". What is a problem?

What do you mean by "switched off"? You really turned it off (disconnected from power) instead of putting it to sleep or something similar? Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the ethernet cable?
