Having trouble downloading motherboard drivers

i installed a new HDD and OS into a tower an now having problems with audio and video. I dont have a motherboard drivers cd so im trying to get drives of website here are specifics.

hello im unsure what the definition to my problem is but i am unable to use the Onboard devices in my comp such as audio and video i am having trouble with the drivers on the HP website i downloaded them but they are not instaling properly.

What's the item with a yellow exclamation mark in control panel, device mgr?

What OS? SP3?

Is cmos cleared and bios defaul loaded?

the devices in yellow is an unknown device i am now able to get audio just no video.

im running XP Pro with SP3. This is a fresh install of the OS and yes the BIOS is default.
