I'm planing to buy an non-slim ps3 for backwards capability.....
Yet i don't want those puny HD's in my ps3.

I want an 1tb HD....yet I don't know when they are coming out...

Any ideas?

Or coul dI iust get some cable that converts an connector 3.5 too an 2.5 hd connector for my ps3?

u can't convert 3.5inch drives to 2.5inch.. 3.5inch bigger than 2.5 inch, u can't make it fit

i think if you try real hard, maybe slap some vaseline on the 3.5", you can probably slide it easy... just stretch it out with a few fingers first

500GB is the biggest drive that is 2.5 right now, also it has to be sata I(1.5GB) not sata II

or It probably wont work

if you just want it for video or music you can add an external usb hard drive.

you can install over 100games on a 300gig hdd usually.
