Cannot get services going

Hello,This is a windows update repair tool? It might as well be a screwdriver.Screwed me into wasting my time with it! Tells me that the windows update location where itys stored has moved! Yet it cannot repair this. How did it ..move!? To where? How do I fix? That was my message to Microsoft.Im getting all kind of errors.Mainly update will not work nor firewall.Says I cannot turn these services on. error 0x800800005. Service cannot execute.

How about starting from the beginning. What EXACTLY is the issue, what are you trying to do, when did this start?
