Look for a setting called Default Settings or Optimal Settings and select that. Then. find the Boot Sequence or Boot Order and make sure boot from CD is the first option. Save those settings and on the restart, BIOS will look at the XP CD, which gives you five seconds to hit any key to start from it. When it restarts after a while, don't respond to that message again or you'll go round in circles. That time, let it boot from the hard disk on which it placed teh bases of your new system.
