Arrow keys not functioning in windows advanced options setting
Last response: in Windows XP
My laptop wouldn't start up so a friend explained about safe start up mode but the arrow keys are not functioning in the windows advanced options setting. It comes up on the 'Start Windows Normally' line but no keys have any effect including the arrow keys. Any ideas, please?
