If you are using EFS, and didn't back up your certificates before the crash, you have just lost your encrypted data. There are no back doors to the encryption (wouldn't be secure if there were)

but is called: back up of certificates, so arent they stored somewhere in my hdd? i did recovered the data from it, is just safe in a new hdd now, there is nothing i can do? if i would like to spend the time trying to bruteforce create the key, is there any way to do it?

No. If you didn't back up the certificates before the crash, and cannot log in to the old system to perform the backup, the data can not be decrypted. Feel free to try brute forcing the keys but expect it to take several lifetimes.
