Hi! June from Maine, here. I unplugged my computer and took it to be repaired. It had "a lot of junk and viruses in it." They were removed very successfully! NOW....I try to print with my Deskjet 2050 J10 with printer turned on. But my computer will scan right up to about 80% and then nothing happens. The scan box with the green scan line disappears at 80% and sometimes less sometimes more. How can I reinstall my scan so I can print a page or two on my computer? My computer guy thinks that it was removed along with the viruses and the junk.
