Looks pretty decent. You might want to get an aftermarket cooler for your cpu. The stock Intel heatsink is terrible, and unusable if you are overclocking. You could probably get a better graphics card for the money, but I'll let you sort that out. I would get 2 GB more of RAM.

For $40.00 more than the 8800 GT you could get an HD 4850. Much better card.

i wont be over clocking for the time being. wont the 8800GT run pretty much any game on the market right now?
The 8800GT will run just fine, and if you want you can overclock it with "riva tuner". Stay within your price range.
Ok I would change this though. I would use this cheaper mobo...just as good as the Asus, but it's cheaper, and use the xtra money to get 4 gigs of RAM, and here is why. I'm sure your using XP, but soon XP is going to be dead, not only that but XP does not support DX10, which Vista does, and the newer games utilze DX10. It's 2008 now, soon enough to be 2009 and if your going to build a gaming rig don't do it half arsed...get with the times which means 4 gigs of RAM, and eventually Vista. The sooner you get it the better.
ZIO wireless is a POS, buy linksys, you will see that it just works and will have better connections with it.
Look at the DFI BloodRain P35 motherboard.
Video I would look at XFX or EVGA, better customer support and lifetime warranty.
Last your best bang for buck CPU HSF is the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro.
SEE THE FOLLOWING:
This is the number that you want to beat.
Thermal Resistance: 0.17°C/Watt
Anything higher is a waste of your money.
If this number is not given, move along.
Oh by the way this is from the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro, $32 retail.
$34 shipped
$10 for .01 Degrees C/W at best a cooling of 2 Degrees C, to me it's not worth the hassle of install and expense.
Scythe SCINF-1000 120mm CPU Cooler Thermal Resistance unknown price higher than prior units of know capability.
Tuniq Tower 120 P4 & K8 CPU Cooler
Thermal Resistance 0.16 - 0.21 °C / W from web site, $57.58 delivered.
Again over priced and a pain in the ass installation.
Bang for buck winner here, the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro.
Why bother with anything else?
4850 is $199 and better than 8800GT in about every game tested. 4850 beats 260 by a wide margin in Bioshock.
