Looking to upgrade my m2n4-sli Motherboard

hey everyone, im hopeing someone can help me choose a good upgrade from my M2N4-SLI motherboard

this is my current setup (excluding the motherboard)
CPU: AMD athlon x2 6000+ (3.0Ghz) 125watt
VGA: EVGA 8600GTS 256MB (SLI)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 250GB
PSU: Antec Earthwatt 500Watt

im looking to upgrade to a newer chipset and Full SLI (x16)
