What do I do when my 2wire router does not power up?

Good morning - My 2wire router does not power on? It was connected to a power surge protector and I tried pressing and holding the reset button (on the back) for 10 seconds - it still doesn't power up. What do I do?

a lot of times it's the power supply, or get a new router.

doesnt power up? make sure that the surge protector is working fine.....if you have cVoip service make sure if you a have a belkin battery backup that it doesn't have a red light aftertrouble shooting any problems and it still doesn't turn on call AT&T uverse tech support at 1-800-288-2020 for a replacement modem, theyll most likley send out a tech...should be at no cost as long as their are no problems that were due to power resources
