So after I shipped my computer back to college (this is the 4 time) my computer started making this noise.

It sounds like crickets doing there noise very very fast. The noise also remind me of when I overclocked my Motherboard but right now its on stock speeds.

Also in BIOS it only make that noise on the first screen (the one with TIME, and Storage devices).

Specs:
M2N-Sli Deluxe
+4200 Athlon
4 gigs of ram.

that's very worrying. what you should do is take the side off your case and watch the board to see if anything visual goes along with the noises. if you see sparks, then you should get a new board as a capacitor or something is dying.
