Running Vista 64 Ult

replacing e4300 with e7200
and upgrading vid from 8800gts-320 to gtx 260

I used to always reinstall after an upgrade, but I'd like to avoid it this time. Just looking for some expert opinons regarding this.

note: one reason I'm asking this is my relative inexperience with Vista64
