Rar file

I have a .RAR picture that i need to up load to a site that only excepts
wmv,mpeg,avi,mov,mpg. Any idead on how to make this RAR into one of those?

Download winrar, and extract the file(s).

ExtractNow is a freeware that can decompress many kinds of files including rar files.
