Will it fit?

I'm getting a Gigabyte GA-X48-DS4 mobo for my new build, but I think I might have a problem.

Does anybody know if the Xigmatek S1283 CPU cooler will fit on it? It seems like it might cover the RAM slots, and it probably won't fit the other way. Can anyone help?
