New System - How Do i start?

Hello guys, i just finished building my first high end PC. I managed to get all the good stuff so that i can overclock this monster.

Thing is, this is my first time i'm getting in this overclocking craze and i will need some guidance. So where do I start and what are my tasks and my goals.

My System
Asus P6T6 WS Revolution
Enermax Revolution 1250W
Corsair 6x2GB
Core i7 920
GTX275

True Black wPanaflo

Coolermaster ATCS840 Case
Stock fans and plans to equip it with s-flex 1900rpm
Fan cotnroller Zalma MFC-2.

So here goesmy specs, now it'sdown to business.
How do i strees test my hardware setup in order to confirm everythingis running fine as stock and then what are my first steps?

Prime95 to test stressing.
Use cpu-z to check the volatge when 100% use from Prime95. Then lower the volatge to get lower temps. these can be seen from coretemp program. have fun
