I am the administrator. How do I sign on as administrator

You click on the admin user and type in the password.

Your the Administrator and you don't know how to sign in as the Admin? When you loaded Windows it asked you for a password and it's this password that you use to sign in as Admin. , you can either go to the user accounts and put that password and then operate the computer as the Admin or right click on the pplication that your going to use and select run as administrator.

It's against forum rules to be asking for unlocking help and if it continues then you risk being banned from the forums. You have two responses suggesting to enter the Admin password if you don't know it then you will have to find another way because we will not be helping you further unless it has to do with how to enter your password.
