Forget the Zalman, it costs 50% more than the Xigmatek and won't cool as well. Xigmatek offers the best performance.

AF64 is good if you're on a tighter budget. But you're on a tri core so go with the larger HSF.

You'll have to remove the side air duct, as it will not allow the Xigmatek to mount.

The Xigmatek is better as it is 120mm and cools very well. The only thing I don't like is that if you install the second fan, you will block the locking lever on AMD processors. That means you have to take that fan off to remove or put on the heatsink. Otherwise a great cooler :D. The ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 64 Pro is good, but it's a pain to make sure it goes on right. While it competes well with other 92mm coolers, it isn't as good as 120mm coolers like the Xigmatek. As for the Zalman, some people love it, and some people hate it, but I haven't used it or been too interested to read up on it so I couldn't tell you. Still, since it's a 92mm cooler I doubt it can compete with the 120mm Xigmatek, and it costs alot more.
