More about looking card mobo combo help
  1. CPU: Q6600
    Mobo: P5Q-E
    Video Card: ATI 4850

I'm not sure of the prices, but should fit in that budget.
  2. q6600 or e8400 for cpu, 4850 defintely, and I suppose the p5q-e is good, never tried it myself, but any p35 or p45 board should do fine (quad for long term gaming or short or long term video editing, dual for short term gaming but not long term, or if supreme commander happens to be your favourite game)
