Rampage II Heat Sensors

I was wondering where I can get some of the heat sensors/probes that attach to the Asus Rampage II and other MB's, as well as a guide on how to place them to monitor heat.

I have the rampage 2 extreme and it came with heat sensors.

We got the Rampage II Gene, and I didnt see anything that looked like heat probes that came with it.

I think you are misreading the sensor idea. The sensors are tiny thermo devices that change voltage on a certain heatload. They are way smaller than a grain of rice and are usually mounted under or right next to the heat device, like the CPu/NB etc. The temps can be read in the bios or by some aftermarket software.

All mobos have them.

You can buy a fan controller with sensors on tape to play with, but they are not accurate at all.
