Bluescreen of Death on my new computer

Hi everybody!

I just bought a new computer, speccs:
Asus Maximus Formula, X38, Socket-775, DDR2,ATX,2xGbLAN,Firew, 2xPCI-Ex(2.0)x16
Intel Core? 2 Duo E8500 3.16GHz, Socket LGA775, 6MB, 1333Mhz, BOXED w/fan

Im getting weird sudden bluescreens, I have a couple of minidumps so here goes:

I have removed 1x 2gb ram now to see if it helps any. Any help in the dumps?

Go into your bios and set the ram frequency to the lowest divider,(if at stock speed its 667mhz)
pc8500 ram can be a pain on some motherboards so rule this out by setting it at 1:1 667mhz. Reboot and run orthos blend test for a few hours to see if its stable.

Re-install your operating system and make sure you have the latest chipset drivers for your mobo.
