Hi,
Two step process. Right click, choose new-->shortcut. Create one to your
favorite.scr file and finish. Then right click the shortcut and select
properties. Click in the box for Shortcut Key, then hit the key or key
combination you wish to use. Click apply/ok and it's ready to go.
