I'll be setting-up a RAID 0 hardware based array with two 160 GB SATA drives using NVRAID on nForce4 . I do a mix of gaming, downloading, watching movies, listening to music and productivity applications. Any suggestions as to stripe size?

128KiB; note that nVidia "MediaShield" RAID is not a very good RAID driver. Should be ok for RAID0 tho. You would need Vista or higher to prevent lower performance due to misalignment issues of windows XP & partitions.
