Win XP SP3 installation problem

Hello guys i am having problem installing win XP SP3

I was having win 7 home premium but due to some reasons it was not working properly and i even didn't have Win 7 DVD so i installed win XP SP3 but after the section it says
"Windows is restarting setup will continue after rebooting" computer reboots.
And there is _ at top-left of screen.
Now this screen is there for a long time nothing happens, Setup does not even continues.http://img.tomshardware.com/forum/uk/icones/smilies/fou.gif

windows xp does not supports sata,raid drivers. So you have to disable this option from your bios settings. This may be the reason i am not sure about your system informations.

SP3 has the SATA support.

Make sure your hard drive is connected securely. Boot into the BIOS, and make sure the hard drive is listed as the 2nd boot device, after the DVD drive.
