I am trying to push the fsb higher on an Asus P5QL Pro with 4gb Kingston 800mhz. I noticed the ram is rated for 1.8v (+-0.1) and that is holding me back for the moment. Would it hurt to raise it at 2.0v ? Could it damage it?

Nope... just bring it back down right away if your system if the POST fails or if your tests reveal any general instability.

I strongly recommend downclocking your RAM temporarily while working on your processor/FSB.
