A good day to all.. Guys i have a problem in deciding on which to buy? which is better? AMD Athlon 64 x2 5000+ BE or AMD Phenom 9500? and which PSU will I need to buy?
my current list:
Gigabyte GA-MA780GM-S2H
Corsair 2GB DDR2 800 Dual XMS
500gb SATA Western
Yup...get phenom 9x50 if you are going for 3 or 4 core. hmmm.....MA780GM? is that going to be a HTPC? if you gonna build a HTPC than X2 5000+ is already more than enough.

---------------
Intel Q6600 @ 3.0GHz + ASUS P5E X38 +
4GB DDR2 1000 CL5 Mushkin + Coolermaster Dominator Xcalade 690 + Corsair VX 450W + HIS HD 3850 512MB Turbo + Seagate 500GB 7200rpm 32MB + Zalman CNPS 9700 LED + Logitec EX110 + ASUS VW198S.
I built a system with all that except an X2 5400 Brisbane for the processor. It is a very low power system with surprising performance. I'd save money and get an X2 unless you really need >2 cores. What do you plan to use the computer for?
guanyu i'm not planning to play those high end games and you are forgetting if you put a 3450 gpu and enable its crossfire technology it's a good combo system already for a budget pc.. and the only game i'm planning to play is CABAL Online.. ^^
