Just need some recomendations becuase my q6600 is running pretty hot

Try here? Under 20 is kinda hard to find a good one, so good luck.

Depends on your case too. If your running stock and it's over 60C at load yea you got issues, probably your case fannage. if overclocked, you need better case and heatsink airflow.

This one would be my choice:

Akasa AK-965

As you can see it's only €19 here in Ireland. I've read quite a few reviews praising this little bastard. It can get a bit loud on high fan setting though.
