Ditch that power supply for a PC Power & Cooling 750 Quad for those cards http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6817703009 not too much more than the rosewill, but it will give you good stable power and be able to run those cards no problem.

I would definitely go with 2 2 gig sticks of RAM instead of 4 1 gig sticks. More stable and gives you room to upgrade in the future.

and yea...ive heard only bad things about rosewill and only really good things about pc power and cooling.
