Hello all, thank you for reading this. I am a noob in overclocking I want you to keep that in mind while you 're reading this. Thank you! ^^

Problem: As soon as I try to overclock my CPU it heat starts to rise dramatically even when am underclocking the temperature is rising. My CPU's average when not clocked is 17-40 celzius degrees. I overclock it by adding another multiplier. default multiplier is : 200FSB x 14 multiplier. So when I run it on 15x it temperature rises to 70 celzius degrees nearly immediately. Please help. I think the problem might be since I did not install the CPU (my brother did) that he might have installed it wrong or it might be the fact that am using the HS I got with the cpu but I hardly believe that might be the problem since it's Black Edition.

Problem solved. Dunno how I did it but now when I overclock it, it's okay. Am now on 3.2GHz with only 43Celzius
