:bounce: Well ive been looking for a new PSU that it's 600w+ i plan to run a rig with a quad and prepare to crossfire maybe but for now to run a 4850. i was thinking of the brands corsair and pc power and cooling. like this ? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6817703005
Either way i want any recommendations and i want future proof thank you for the help.

From what I've been hearing on the forums, PC P&C are one of the top PSU manufacturers around. Why not splash out a bit more for the PC P&C 750W Silencer 750 Quad? It's known as one of the best, and the extra power available to you will make sure that it serves you for a long time, whatever upgrades you throw at your PC. :)

850w, 140$,free shipping, modular cabling....

I found this after having bought the corsair hx1000 for $235... i would have bought this instead if i could have.

That corsair PSU is heaps better than the Antec though, so i wouldnt feel cheated.

OP: Id agree with most here the 610w will be cutting it close with crossfire and as youve seen for a few extra $$$ you can get a much better psu
