I bought a new 320GB Seagate external hard disk but to my surprise it was showing only 298GB as total space so where is the 22gb space. Some software was already installed on but the total space used was not more than 60Mb. Where is the 22GB? Please can anyone tell me. Does this happen for all the external hard disks.
