3dmark 06 concerns

hey i apologies ahead of time if i placed the topin in the wrong section. for the past few weeks i been feeling like my computer is having problems. it has started since i bought vista ulitmate 32 and installed it. i started getting the NVLDDMKM error and crashing me when i play my games expecially warcraft but others. then i realized when i put xp back on it was doing it also but not as often but this time i was getting an NL4_DISP error. so anyways i looked into it and cant find any real solution to the problem so i tried alot of thing and the thing that seems to work the best is lower my memory from 800 to 677. anyways today i decided to run 3dmark 06 to see how i do and here are my result i felt they are really low but you guys will no more then me

windows xp s2 windows vista s1
10650 8913
sm 2.0 = 4355 3298
sm 3.0 = 4553 4104
cpu = 3416 2951

current set up case = antec 900
mobo = K9a2 platinum (bios 1.5)
cpu = amd phenom 9600
gpu = nvidia 8800gt (driver 175.19)
kingston 800mhz 2x2 gig (cpuz says 5-5-5-16-21)
2 hhd i 76 gig seagate the other 250 gig seagate
psu thermaltake toughpower 650 or 600 watts

Thanks for the listening guys/girls and any suggestions or comments would be appreciated also if you have suggestion in changing parts plz tell me which one and what you would recommend just take in consideration this computer is only used for gaming
