Block autorun on CD and DVD

Why we block autorun? Because during autorun process it may be attack of virus , mainly in pendrive.
It's a simple technique-
1.start>run>regedit
2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>System>Current Control Set>Services>cdrom change the value of autorun to '0' :)

And your question is?

Mine is... Why not use Windows Explorer, right-click the CVD/DVD drive, Choose Properties, Autorun, and under "Select Action to perform" choose "Take no action"?

This keeps people who are too stupid to own a computer out of Regedit.
