MB for Phenom X4

Hi!
I'm trough with Intel and now want to move to AMD.
This is my current PC:
ECS P965T-A, Intel C2D 6400, 350W PSU, Samsung 400GB HDD, a CDROM, floppy, some PCI-E cards.
There is nothing special about it only that it can annoy anyone while doing some work (chance of the PC getting restarted by it self is 1:10).
I guess the newest model of Phenom's is 9950 @ 2.6 GHz.
Troubles comes when I need to find a motherboard for it.
I found this one, that is suited for me: GA-MA790X-DS4
Noticed that there need to be 140W power and this one has this support, also AM2+ of course.
It really bites that I have a nVidia card, otherwise I could make a CrossFire mode.
I wanted to ask if there is anything wrong about this motherboard that would make impossible the CPU or other components not to work, like some support is missing or this motherboard isn't recommended or the PSU is not good or else.
This will be a Desktop PC for Home user (doing some work, watching movies, music, maybe some games, other).
Maybe there is a better motherboard?
Range of expenses? - lets try not to reach 500$.

That MSI MB looks amazing with all those extra cooling systems.

well you could get a 9850 which is a 125w processor, which means more motherboards to choose from...

Its better to have 800W PSU (maybe OCZ).
And i'll stick with the 9950.
Actually msi is high price (160$), while foxconn A7DA-S is 114$ !!

oh, what cooler should i use for the 9950................is it zalman 9300 AT ??

Ups, just checked, I have a 450W PSU
I have a graphics card - 7600 GS, nothing much!
Don't need a computer for games only and I don't have a FullHD TV to see games in such a great resolution.
Found that there are many good MBs with good prices, just would see some more info about them and find some recommendations.
Can there occur any problems with my current devices, like RAM?

Do I need 790GX? As I read it's meant to be for gaming, so I guess I need to stick with 790FX.

I must say it's hard to find a "good" motherboard, because we all have other needs and wills.
For me, S/PDIF isn't needed, whatever eSATA is it's not needed, many PCI-E x16 slots also not needed and other things.
Btw, it says here that it's K9A2 PLATINUM V2 (the V2 at the end), that doesn't change anything, right?
And it looks like 9950 is supported.
Hope that I can get any cooler that supports AM2+ socket.
I'm using GoodRAM 800(i think).

Why there are 3 PCI-E x16 slots?
I guess later on I will change my card and nothing amazing can be done with one card so there is a need to add 2 cards.
CrossFireX was quad, right? so why there are only 3 graphics slots?

K9A2 PLATINUM V2 only is sold here, guess never version is better ^^

CPU is supported and RAM is also supported, anything else?
