Will a CM V10 cpu Cooler fit in an Antec 1200?

Will a CoolerMaster v10 CPU Cooler fit in an Antec 1200?
Would I need to take out the side fan assembly to accomodate this BIG BOY?

Can I please ask for your scrutiny on this issue?

I dont want to switch to water cooling but the closest I can do to achieve cooler temps is by thinking of getting this V10.

Does anybody knows of pictures or encountered situations pertaining to having a coolermaster V10 on Antec 1200 case?

Would there be advantages/liability on the system?

ever try googling it? (v10 cpu cooler in antec 1200 case) google has everything, im sure you can find something.
it might block some ram slots, maybe 1 or 2, keep that in my mind, thats why i go for the ones that arent too wide cause i have a ram cooler and i dont want them to get in the way of each other, i saw a picture and it blocked the first 2 slots, but the ram still fit in the slots but you wont be able to install a ram cooler or ram with tall heatsinks.
