I have an XP laptop, when I try top boot I get "Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt. System 32\Ntfs.sys"
I have a boot up disc but since the computer does not see the CD\DVD drive I cannot boot up. Any ideas?

Can your laptop boot from a flash drive? If so, copy your installer DVD onto a thumbdrive and boot from there. Would you know why your NTFS.sys got corrupted in the first place?
