hp pc fails to fully load pages,also will not print error message ''this documen failed to print''.

I assume you're talking about web pages? Sometimes you need to hit the refresh button to get the browser to finish loading.

Go to start-->printers and faxes-->double click on your printer-->purge the documents that have errors. They will make the next jobs fail, until you clear them out.
